Our customer was updating their EPOS hardware platform to an updated version throughout their full UK estate.
Our engineers visited all locations throughout the project, installing the new hardware and removing the old. They also provided hands-on support to site managers during the sign-off process to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
This activity was completed throughout the night to minimise any commercial impact on sales.
Our customer needed to update their chip & pin devices to the latest contactless hardware.

Resource was required at all of the client’s office locations throughout the UK to complete a data back-up, migrate the user’s OS and then re-install the users profile and data.
