UK Retailer

Our customer needed to update their chip & pin devices to the latest contactless hardware. Our engineers completed P2PE-compliant installations of 4200 devices at over 1400 retail locations throughout the UK, within a 4-week period.

Despite these installations taking place during business hours, disruption to the client was kept to an absolute minimum throughout the project.

This customer needed to replace all of the ageing desktop hardware across their UK estate. We completed 850+ installations at 6 locations over an intensive 3 week period.

The new hardware was rolled out in the evenings and overnight, with additional deskside support completing floor-walking activities to assist with user queries.

This customer was migrating all of their users, including both fixed-location users and remote users, from Windows XP to Windows 7.

Resource was required to complete a data back-up, migrate the user’s OS and then re-install the users profile and data.

This activity was successfully completed for more than 4,000 users at 30+ locations within a challenging 8-week period.

UK Charity

Following a merger, this UK charity was consolidating some of it's local properties into a centralised head office.

Our engineers visited each of the locations, decommissioning all of the IT assets, which were then split for recycling or reissue.

Once the decommissioning activity was complete we visited the new head office and recommissioned the assets according to the customer's requirements.
